Contraindications*Do not use if your pet is pregnant, nursing or allergic to ragweed. Cautioned for use with sedatives, blood thinners or use 2 weeks prior to surgery.
Drug InteractionsNo significant drug interactions have been reported. May potentiate sedative effects of barbiturates, anesthetics, and CNS depressants such as diazepam (Valium) or amitriptyline (Elavil) and is cautioned for use when combined. May potentiate Coumadin due to its natural coumarin plant content.
CautionsCautioned for animals with low blood pressure or low blood sugar and cautioned for use 2 weeks prior to surgery, particularly if anesthesia is to be used. Cautioned for animals with allergies to mint or ragweed.
